Kitzbuhel, Austria

Kitzbühel, a medieval city in the Tyrol region of Austria, is one of country’s best known and fanciest winter sport resorts. Since 1931 it has been home to the World Cup Tour’s most important event, the Hahnenkamm Downhill. Part Mardi Gras and part Super Bowl, with the adrenaline rush of the Indianapolis 500, the Hahnenkamm World Cup races are a block party at the center of the skiing universe.

5 Day

Day 1 (Thur): Arrive in Munich or Salzburg and transfer to Kitzbuhel. Hotel check-in followed by an optional tour of the medieval streets of Kitzbuhel. Welcome reception and dinner to get to know your pro and new friends. FIS night slalom is optional.
Day 2 - 4 (Fri - Sun): A few hours of guided skiing and then it’s race time! Super-G on Friday, Downhill on Saturday and Slalom on Sunday. When the race ends, the celebrating moves from your grandstand seat to an apres-ski hot spot. Evening festivities include a public bib draw (for the next day’s race), an awards ceremony and dinner. There’s plenty of opportunity to continue celebrating late into the night.
Day 5 (Mon): Airport transfer and farewell.
##Our 7-day trip can include additional guided ski days earlier in the week, or continue onto the Schladming World Cup Night Slalom.

7 Day

Day 1 (Tues): Arrive in Munich or Salzburg and transfer to Kitzbuhel. Hotel check-in followed by an optional tour of the medieval streets of Kitzbuhel. Welcome reception and dinner to get to know your pro and new friends.
Day 2 - 3 (Wed & Thurs): Ski and explore the expansive terrain of Kitzbuhel and surrounding slopes under the guidance of your ski pro. Watch a downhill training run from just behind the fence to get up-close and personal experience.
Day 4 - 6 (Fri - Sun): A few hours of guided skiing and then it’s race time! Super-G on Friday, Downhill on Saturday and Slalom on Sunday. When the race ends, the celebrating moves from your grandstand seat to an apres-ski hot spot. Evening festivities include a public bib draw (for the next day’s race), an awards ceremony and dinner. There’s plenty of opportunity to continue celebrating late into the night..
Day 7 (Mon): Hotel check-out. Transfer to airport. Departure flight.
